Customer Contacts Are Not Visble In Manage Customers But Are Visible In Customer Data Management (Doc ID 2783183.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer Contacts created through Import Process are not visible in "Manage Customers" Page at Site level

Same Customer contacts are visible  in "Customer Data Management"
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer Contact should be visible at site level from Manage Customers UI too

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload Customer Contact using FBDI
2. Check the customer contact from the Manage Customers UI once import process is completed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see contacts at site level
