On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Leases

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There are no invoices in the system after running Import Payables Invoices for Assets.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The invoices are created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Assets ->Manage Leases->Generate Invoices with Transfer Invoices=Yes
