Usage Tracking Tables Are Not Populating With Data In Oracle Analytics [Video Content] (Doc ID 2783268.1)

Symptoms

You have successfully configured usage Tracking for an On-Premise Oracle database using Oracle's online document.

The On-Premise Oracle database connection was created, using Private Access Channel (PAC). Once complete, the BI Server was restarted
from DV> Console > System Setting page.

The Usage Tracking tables have been created in the DB successfully, but when running the report, there is no data inserted into the usage tracking tables.
