SSO Federation Login To O365 Fails (Doc ID 2783348.1)

Symptoms

SSO federation between the IDCS and O365 configured and when try to access the O365 app from IDCS the federation fails with the following error

AADSTS50107: The requested federation realm object 'https://idcs-xxxxxxxxxxxxx.identity.oraclecloud.com:443/fed' does not exist.
