Symptoms
In uDesigner, when a Template is used, and a Data Element is removed from Upper Form blocks that are linked to the Template:

Unable to open record due to below error :
Error Code: COMPANYNAME-XXXXXXXXXX
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code
COMPANYNAME-FDED3D6B24 ((the error code changes every time).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
- Login unifier application.
- Go to the project.
- Navigate to the problem Business Process.
- Select the record, then it displays error screen:
Error Code: COMPANYNAME-XXXXXXXXXX
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Search the Unifier log with Error code or search for the key word "DiagnosticCode", can see below error in the log :
The debug mode log will contain a message if you search with DiagnosticCode. Please check the log and confirm if you are able to find some error about FormSpec.java:1015. If this is not found in the logs, then the issue will need to be researched further.
