RDFCS: How to Add Store Format to Forecast Setup Location Levels and Positions (Doc ID 2783543.1)

Goal

What is needed to separate stores (at Store Format level) when setting up forecast parameters in Retail Demand Forecasting Cloud Service (RDFCS) application?  What are the steps to add a lower level to the wizard for Forecast Setup > Store Final Forecast > Locations page. Currently the lowest level is Region and customer wants to add Store Format level to be lowest level.
