Symptoms

Customer using Oracle Cloud in English language as user preference. Sometimes the messages and List of Values (LOV) is displayed in mixed languages (in this case in English and Brazilian Portuguese as the customer is based in Brazil).

Navigate to Edit Item Screen:

Enter first required field (skip/tab through the next required field).

Receive an error message:

1. Message for this page (is in English)
The error text is in Portuguese: <Item Number> Item os seguintes erros ..

2. Label 'Starting Prefix' is in English. The text is in Portuguese
3. Label 'Starting Number' is in English. The text is in Portuguese
