When the Server Is Configured as Stage or Development: In Standard View, for the General Spends SOV, the Sheet Is Empty (Doc ID 2783673.1)

When the server is configured as Staging or Development, and in Standard View, when viewing the General Spends type Schedule of Values (SOV), there is no data displayed on the Sheet, and the "Total:" count at the bottom of the window displays "-1".

There should be data displayed on this SOV Sheet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Environment
  2. Ensure the Classic View is enabled
  3. Navigate to the Project/Shell where the issue has been observed and Open the applicable General Spends type SOV Sheet.
  4. Note that there is no data displayed and the "Total:" count at the bottom of the window displays "-1"
