Question: How to Restrict Certain Category Knowledge Articles from DCS Page?
Scenario: Suppose there is a requirement to have more than one DCS Self Service portal and have a scenario where the client wants to be able to show one DCS portal certain CRM KB Articles created, and not the other.
Basically, looking for functionality to default/only allow certain Knowledge Base Articles to show in DCS Portal. Potentially reference the Knowledge Article "Type" or "Category" to restrict from DCS?
