P45 Process displaying Person Process Results incorrectly

P45 Process displaying the Person Name, Employee Number and NI Number as shown previous to 21A
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run the P45 Process;
2. on the 'Person Process Results' within the flow, instead of displaying the Person Name, Employee Number and NI Number as shown previous to 21A,
the list of names are showing: Payroll Relationship ID, Calculation Breakdown ID, Person Identifier and pdccf.dir_card_comp_id
