STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Create Claim. Create claim CMK13000
2. Go to Settle Customer Claims and enter following parameters:
  Business Unit : <Business Unit>
  Bill to Account = NULL
  Claim = <Claim Number>
