Missing PVO Values (Doc ID 2783934.1)

Goal

 Customer is trying to extract the following columns from PVOs in BICC. Customer has tried several PVOs but they have these columns but not the data even when they are enabled for extract in the PVOs.

ATTRIBUTE3
ATTRIBUTE10

The Oracle Table PJF_PROJECTS_ALL_B has the columns but they are not in BICC from this table.
