OIC Agent Process creating lot of Inactive Sessions in Database
We have recently been facing an issue where the OIC agent process is creating a lot of Inactive processes in the database. This is causing the database to reject new connections and process any transactions.
We also observed the below error from the agent audit logs:
"Error=java.net.SocketException: Too many open files, MessageId=bcd5b6a6eb047e01e0531618000a6b2f"
Note: The agent has been running on HA mode, with 2 agents running on 2 host but connecting to the same database
