Inventory Analyst Dashboard Does Not Display Graphs (Doc ID 2784245.1)

Goal

When the Inventory Analyst Dashboard is viewed and there are Purchase Orders that are past the Not After Date, The graph on the upper left corner of the screen is showing a non-zero count, but the graph displays "No data to display".
