Qn1:On : CCS 21A BUILD 36 PATCH 1879542, Environment Related

Not able to add Characteristics for a new Device Through IWS(Sync Request)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Characteristics not added through Sync Request.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
Characteristics added for a new device through IWS(Sync Request).

STEPS:
------------
1. Submit attached IWS ,
2. Device is getting created but There are no records in table D1_DVC_CHAR after submission.
 
Qn2:Unusual Behavior of Device Ongoing sync while updating characteristics. The existing value is replaced.
