On Unifier : Version 21.2.
When importing a Line Item Template CSV file into a Summary Payment Applications type Business Process record:
Line Item Detail form data should be created.
The import fails with a Confirmation dialog box that pops up reading:
Import could not be
completed. Do you want to download a file with errors shown?
When the file is downloaded it is completely empty/blank when opening in Excel. When opening in Notepad++ only the following is found: "sep=,"
Something similar is found to be written to the Unifier log files:
Index: 4, Size: 0
It is noted that Record (Upper Form) data and Record and Line Item (Upper Form and line item data) can be created by way of CSV file import. The function only fails when the Line Item Template is used.
