Goal

systemd shows below messages multiple times on booting or irregular times :

systemd[173205]: Failed to connect to API bus: Connection refused
systemd[173205]: Failed to connect to API bus: Connection refused
systemd[173205]: Failed to connect to API bus: Connection refused
systemd[173205]: Failed to connect to API bus: Connection refused
systemd[173205]: Failed to connect to API bus: Connection refused

The system does not seem to have any problems.
