Goal

Why does OTBI - Award Personnel info disappears when adding Project info?

---------------------------------------------------
Analysis results are fine when adding Award Number, Award Name, Award Owning Organization, Personnel Role and Person Name columns.

When Project Number is added, the Person and Personnel Role columns go blank EXCEPT for a few rows.

All Award accountants should have the ability to see the projects in an award.
