Goal

How to Force GOP to Consume Supply from On-Hand Balance once Sales Order Enters ATP Time Fence without performing Re-scheduling

For non Back-to-Back items in GOP Promising.

Currently when a Sales Order is created with Request Date outside the ATP Time Fence (set at 7 days) and an item has lead times less than that (example 4 days),
the order is scheduled based on the lead times and consumption is not reflected in Review Supply Availability.

Is there a way to configure GOP so that orders that come inside the ATP Time Fence consume On-Hand quantities automatically without UNSCHEDULE / RESCHEDULE ?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Non Back-to-Back Item with 4 days of Total Lead Time and ATP Time Fence Parameter set to 7 days (User-Defined)
2. On-Hand available and no other sales orders present to consume supply for that item
3. Create Sales Order 8 days in the future ( 1 day outside ATP Time Fence) and see that order is scheduled with
Request Date = Ship Date -1 (with 1 day of transit time for carrier)
4. After Order is created, the Consumption is not reflected in GOP Review Supply Availability
