When a Location is Deleted From RMS It Is Not Removed From RPM_ZONE_LOCATION (Doc ID 2785141.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to integrate item/locations using xitemlocCre.

the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
[E] This location does not have an associated Value Added Tax (VAT) region. TAX_SQL.CALC_VAT_RETAIL_TAX

Steps to reproduce : 

  1. Create a new location in Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service(MFCS) and make sure it is in a pricing zone in Pricing Cloud Service(PCS).
  2. Delete a Store or WH from RMFCS which has no items ranged and run daily purge batch to remove store from RMFCS.
  3. Notice store still exists in RPCS table RPM_ZONE_LOCATION.
