Symptoms

Manage Items UI Advanced Search section is displaying the labels of
the fields for EFF attributes in the below format.

Level (Item/Item Revision) : Item Attribute Group : Attribute Name

Previously the labels of search fields that EFF attributes only displayed
the attribute name.


Expected Behavior
Expect the EFF attributes labels to display just the attribute name instead.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Product Management > Product Information Management
2. From the task list select the task 'Manage Items'
3. In the Advanced Search Region, the EFF attribute labels are shown in the following format.
Level (Item/Item Revision) : Item Attribute Group : Attribute Name
