ReSA UI Throws ADF Error When 2 Users Simultaneously View Same Transaction (Doc ID 2785432.1)

When attempting to view same Transaction by the two users ,the following error occurs.
"A connection to the server has failed. (status=503)"

Steps To Recreate:
1) Login to ReSA UI as User1.
2) Go to Manage Transaction, Query a particular transaction and in the filter grid select action as View.
3) Simultaneously, have User2 login to ReSA UI and search the same transaction.
