Tax Calculation is Not Exempted when using Vertex Integration in 21B (Doc ID 2785509.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Storefront

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Calculated Tax amount is greater than zero.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Certain Items are exempt based on the tax code and Shipping Address.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Storefront.
2. Search foran item
3. Add it to the cart
4. Go to /checkout
5. Fill out the Shipping Address and see tax calculation


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, shoppers are getting the wrong tax calculation

Changes

 Company name is not included in the Tax Request To Vertex. For this reason, Tax would not be exempted.
