Unable to establish connection with OIC File Server using FTP adapter (Doc ID 2785510.1)

Symptoms

The customer is setting up an FTP connection where they have uploaded the PGP Public and Private certificates and testing the connection.
However, keep getting the error as shown below:

CASDK-0004: Failed to authenticate against the application with the credentials provided; Unable to connect to SFTP server. Please verify credentials.
