Record Inward and Outward Taxes for India ESS Job is not picking Credit Memos which are applied to Invoices.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Credit Memos should be picked up for e-invoicing and xml should be generated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure E-invoicing setups
2. Run Record Inward and Outward Taxes for India
