ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Payment type Business Process (BP), the form for the third step has the option "Costed line item total must be equal to the line item total" in its design properties; however, users are able to send the record to the next step if the Amount this period or Quantity fields are not filled in.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users should receive a message that the line items must be costed and not be able to send the record to the next step.
