Symptoms

In postfix logs, the following error shows after sending emails:

Jun 15 17:39:28 <HOSTNAME> postfix/smtp[13976]: XXXXXXXXXXX: host <external hostname>[<IP ADDRESS>] refused to talk to me: 554 Blocked - see https://external-email-filter-provider/?
