Intermittent 401 Unauthorized Error When Accessing Fusion Application REST APIs (Doc ID 2785796.1)

Symptoms

  Customer create a program to invoke fusion application rest API, sometime it works, sometime it will get 401 Unauthorized error.

When the error happens, if just wait for certain time, it will start to work again and fail again.


Steps to reproduce:
1.  Follow <Document 2346455.1> to invoke fusion SCIM API from SoapUI
2.  Keep repeating the access to /hcmRestApi/scim/Roles  or /hcmRestApi/scim/Users
Eventually you will get 401 error
