 1. Why Re-create Quorum Disks?
2. Re-Creation procedure
 2.1 Retrieve the list of Nodes that has Quorum Disks Configured
2.2 Retrieve the Cluster IP addresses of all the cluster nodes
2.3 Delete Steps
 2.3.1 Drop the quorum disks from ASM disk groups (once per the cluster)
2.3.2 Delete the Quorum devices on all the cluster nodes where Quorum is configured (Refer to step 2.1)
2.3.3 Delete the Quorum targets on nodes 1 and 2 ONLY
2.3.4 Delete Quorum Config on all the cluster nodes
 2.4 Create Steps
 2.4.1 Create Quorum Config on all the cluster nodes
2.4.2 Create Quorum targets on Nodes 1 and 2 and make them visible to all the cluster nodes
2.4.3 Create Quorum devices on Node1 of the cluster
2.4.4 Repeat 2.4.3 steps on all the remaining cluster nodes
 2.5 Ensure ASM can discover the quorum devices :
2.6 Add the quorum disks back to ASM disk groups (once per cluster)
2.7 Verify Clusterware automatically adds/uses quorum devices
 3. Script that automates the above re-creation steps
