Manage Approval Questions:

1-Can Users Have Approval Process For Open Scoring Actions in a closed negotiations?
( scoring won't be opened untill the user gets approval to open scoring for this negotiation)

2-When adding a collaboration team member in a negotiation can this member be added automatically to the current approval hierarchy of (Negotiation Award Approvals)?
(this option will let the collaboration team member to be part of awarding decision)

3-When a negotiation is created, the next hierarchy manager of the negotiation creator is automatically added in the collaboration team with full access) is there an option to not add the hierarchy manager automatically to the collaboration team, as user want the one who creates the negotiation to add by himself the collaboration team.
