Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Actual Effort is not populated under the Actual Effort column at the Offering level (Doc ID 2785930.1)

When a learner fails to pass or achieve a successful completion on a Self-Paced/ILT activity, the Actual Effort from Manage Activities does not roll up to the Actual Effort column under Offerings -> Learning Assignments area. The Actual Effort remains blank or shows a 0 despite being populated for the activity under Manage Activities pop-up screen.
