Symptoms
When a learner fails to pass or achieve a successful completion on a Self-Paced or Instructor Led activity, the Actual Effort from Manage Activities does not roll up to the Actual Effort column under the Offerings -> Learning Assignments area. The Actual Effort remains blank or shows a 0 despite being populated for the activity under Manage Activities pop-up screen.
