Customer Score On Collections Dashboard Does Not Match With Scoring Calculation On Scoring Formula (Doc ID 2786503.1)

Goal

Customer score on Collections Dashboard does not match with Scoring calculation on Scoring formula

Edit Scoring formula> Scroll down to Sample Score
Sample score section calculates the score for the Customer account as 100 however Collections Dashboard shows the score as 30 for the same customer.

Score calculated using Scoring formula does not match with Score assigned to Customer on Collections Dashboard. This is causing incorrect strategy assigned to the customer.
