The Deal Metrics Is Not Displaying Correct Details For Deals Won (Doc ID 2786530.1)

Symptoms

On ORMB v2.9.0.1, DM: On Deal Dashboard, the Deal Metrics is not displaying correct details for Deals Won

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
When the Deal Dashboard screen loads, we can see the Deal Metrics with some numbers on it.
When the user clicks on it, details of that particular metrics are displayed in the below 'deal search' section which is displaying the deal information.
The number getting displayed on 'Deals Won' does not match with the count of deals getting displayed in the 'Deals Search' section which displays the deal information.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
The Data should match between 'Deals Won' and 'Deal Search' counts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on ‘Deal Won’
2. Verify the count with the deal searched
3. Count and deal search information mismatch

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users may become confused with correct value for Deals won.
