"java.lang.NullPointerException" Exception When Planning Order Movements (Doc ID 2786732.1)

Symptoms

Planning of a single Order Movement will fail for one of the planners using Planner Role.  They can try to plan multiple times and it will never plan.  If person using ADMIN role then tries to plan it, it plans without issue.  If the Admin then un-assigns the Order Movement after planning it and user with Planning Role tries to plan again, it will plan without issue.
