Details

Opower will be transitioning from the existing Incident Notification platform (MailChimp) to a new platform called Status Page.  This new platform will provide a single view of Opower systems and services and real-time status updates on incident resolution.  Opower will be migrating to this system starting July 1st 2021. 

Actions

In preparation for this migration we will need all users to subscribe to Status Page notifications.  This will allow you to continue to receive email updates when incidents may occur.  Please follow the instructions in the following attachment to subscribe:  How to Subscribe to Status Page
