The "Attach Files" Button Is Not Displayed When Viewing the "Comments" Tab In A Business Process (Doc ID 2786760.1)

Symptoms

When viewing some Business Process (BP) records, the "Attach Files" button is not being displayed in the Comments tab, and for other BP records of the same type the "Attach Files" button is being displayed in the Comments tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is that all BP records of this type should have the "Attach Files" button available in the Comments tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to the workspace where the BP resides and Open a record where the issue has been observed.
  3. Click on the "Comments" tab > Note that "Attach Files" button is NOT displayed.
  4. Open other BP records in the same workspace and there are some found that have the "Attach Files" button displayed and active.
