PACKITEM_BREAKOUT Table Has Incorrect Data (Doc ID 2786937.1)

After creating a Simple Pack having a pack quantity with decimals, noticed PACKITEM_BREAKOUT table is not storing the decimals.

This causes issues later with the transactions (for example in purchase order receiving) as the pack quantity is not accurate.
