Model gets locked if reconfigure Soap Call throws a configuration constraint if Collaborative quoting is enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a quote and add a model to it
  2. Reconfigure it via Soap Call triggering a configuration constraint
  3. Observe the soap call's response: Unsuccessfully processed API
  4. Go to the quote and verify the model is locked
