Symptoms
When attempting to update a purchase Order (PO) Line in a change order (CO), the following error occurs.

You must provide a value for the Base Price attribute
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a purchase order, approve
2. Create a change order and try to change the unit price at line level
