For example:
‘/’ shows up as ‘&#x2F’


How to diagnose:
Browser Network tab
Filter ‘SDK’
(Reload page if its not displaying messages)
Click message
Messages tab
(Reload page)
Type / in bot
Response shows up as ‘&#x2F’ as below:
