Edit Receipt - Addo Open Receivables Does Not Return Results If Customer Name Has Trailing Spaces (Doc ID 2787366.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Add Open Receivables search does not show any open transactions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show the open transactions based on the search criteria provided.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a receipt
2. Click on Add Open Receivable
3. Notice the 'Transaction Customer Name' and 'Transaction Customer Account Number' are defaulted.
4. Click on Search
5. Verify if the search returns any data.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search for the transactions and apply using Customer Name
