Tracking Event Added to Shipment Group by SERVPROV User Created in SERVPROV Domain (Doc ID 2787409.1)

Symptoms

A Tracking Event submitted on a Shipment Group by a SERVPROV user is creating the Tracking Event in the SERVPROV domain. Due to this, agents configured in the planning domain where the Shipment Group actually exists, are not triggering. To contrast this, if a Tracking Event is created for a Shipment by a SERVPROV user, the Tracking Event is created in the planning domain which does allow for agents in that domain to trigger. It is expected that the Shipment Group Tracking Event should function in the same way the Shipment Tracking Event functions.
