Symptoms
When attempting to run Create Accounting for Lease Accounting,
the following error occurs for the Clearing and Liability accounts on Lease Payment Approval journal entry:
ERROR

Subledger Accounting was unable to retrieve a value for the accounting flexfield account rule.
Cause: GL account can't be derived by account rule.
Action: Review the account rule definition and the extract source values, if applicable, for the event and make sure a valid GL account can be derived for the
subledger journal entry.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. setup Lease Accounting and add leases
2. generate payments
3. run Create Accounting. See this error in Create Accounting Execution Report.
