RMS Displays Wrong Order Detail (Doc ID 2787554.1)

Symptoms

When selecting or highlighting the PO and clicking the Order Details button, the details that come up are for the PO above it.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Go To Manage Items.
2. Enter Item Number and Click Search.
3. Click on Item Link
4. Choose More Actions and Order Detail
5. Highlight PO # and Click Order Details
6. Note the details that come up are for the PO above it.
