Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 20.12.3

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
The scheduled User-Defined Reports (UDR) do not have a prefix in the e-mail notification. The prefix is only added for other types of notifications (e.g., workflow e-mails) but the UDR e-mail notification does not contain the prefix.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Login Unifier
  2. Applicable Workspace where the UDR's exist
  3. Click the gear icon on left of this report, then select Edit.
  4. Go to the last Tab Schedule.
  5. Additional Information section, Auto-email as attachment to users and groups.
  6. Check with users, then verify that the e-mails are generated without the prefix. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The generated UDR should start with the configured prefix.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the prefix in generated UDR then they could figure out the emails came from which environment.
