Invoice Account ID Displayed As 10 Digits Instead Of 5 Digits (Doc ID 2787826.1)

Symptoms

On ORMB v2901, Invoice Account ID displayed as 10 digits.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Invoice Account ID (account Identifier type value) is getting defaulted as 10 digits instead of 5 digits.
We are able to save the invoice account with 10 digits value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
For invoice account ID, we expect it to be 5-digit only.
Anything over should be restricted and failed.

STEPS
---------------
1. Access Customer Account Maintenance using Person ID
2. Under Accounts tab, click on Add Account
3. Select Account Type as Invoice and check that invoice account ID auto populated as 10 digits series
4. Filled in all other mandatory fields
5. Click on save, record saved successfully
