Single Single On (SSO) signout fails with Internet Explorer (IE)

AADSTS50070: Signout failed. The request specified session indexes '_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' which did not match the existing session(s).

Flag sig-in errors for review: Enable flagging

The following were verified
1- The browser is supported, per https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/identity-cloud/uaids/supported-web-browsers.html
2- No specific security or other setting found in IE settings/configuration
3- Clean up cache, cookies, history and running IE in incognito mode does not make any difference
