Eloqua To CX Sales Integration Errors - Lock Error (Doc ID 2788307.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, CX Integration

When attempting to update existing contact record from Eloqua
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Either the CX Sales record is missing or you may not have sufficient permissions to update this CX Sales object. If the issue persists, please contact CX Sales support. Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[100000023239124 ].

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send "Update Contact" request from Eloqua Campagn to OSC

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync contact records to OSC
