Customer Account Number Missing On Installed Base Assets

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User has not added the Asset step in order orchestration process. Issue is that when asset is getting shipped, customer account number is not populated on the asset. Here are details of step performed.
1. Item is created as full life cycle tracked for asset tracking.
2. Asset is created when item is received in Inventory.
3. Item/Asset is shipped out of inventory.
4. Customer name is now populated on asset but customer account number is missing.
