Invalid Territory Still Listed on the Account Team (Doc ID 2788370.1)

Symptoms


For few Accounts the Territory is still listed on the Account team which should not be. The removed Territory should not be listed on the Account Team any longer.

Please refer to the below example:

For Account A-1218, the Team still has the territory TY100000 . But the Territory TY100000 does not have A-1218 in its Inclusion list.

This issue is happening with several Account.

1. Navigator > Accounts > Edit Account > Team > Territories >
